To ensure that our team can continue its work in complete protection, in light of the recommendations issued by the Public Health Department, Interligne has taken the following measures:
– All workshops and kiosks are canceled or postponed.
– Administrative staff are working from home until further notice. Rest assured that our daily operations will continue as usual. Please contact us by email.
– All events (fundraising activities, activities related to our 40th anniversary, etc.) are canceled or postponed. We will notify you in due course with any relevant information.
– The legal clinic will continue its activities on Tuesday evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. However, we ask that you leave a message via voicemail so that our volunteers can call you back during the allotted time (1 888 970-2720).
The Direction for the Department of Public Health requests that special attention be paid to the elderly, particularly those aged 70 and over, since they are at higher risk of complications. We ask that you comply with this directive. However, self isolation or confinement at home is not the same as social isolation: do not hesitate to communicate with your loved ones or with us by phone, text or chat.
To all LGBTQ + communities, Interligne wishes to remind people that it is normal to experience difficult emotions in the current circumstances. We are aware that social distancing can generate stress, anxiety, panic, a feeling of loneliness or any other difficult, persistent or invasive reactions. We want to remind you that Interline is there for you.
