Interligne would like to reach out to a greater number of LGBTQ+ seniors in order to connect them with impactful programs that truly reflect their needs and realities. To do so, we are inviting Quebec’s LGBTQ+ seniors to share the ways in which they get involved in their communities and to identify the services that may be missing or lacking in their area.
Your participation will help Interligne adapt its services to better meet the needs of LGBTQ+ seniors.
Our telephone peer matching service aims to break the isolation experienced by LGBTQ+ people aged 65 and over during the COVID-19 crisis. Any senior who feels alone can register so that someone from the Interligne team calls them on a regular basis.
Trait d’union : correspondance intergénérationnelle LGBTQ+ is a project that invites LGBTQ+ youth and seniors in Quebec to engage in an exchange of letters. By promoting mutual understanding between two generations, the project aims to help break the cycle of social isolation.
