How we help you
When you contact us, you have the full attention of the person who answers, because they have been trained in active listening and have in-depth knowledge of LGBTQ+ realities.
Their main motivation is to help you by offering emotional support and guiding you as you look for solutions. This allows callers to feel welcomed, heard and respected in what they are going through.
What is active listening?
Ethical listening, or empathetic listening, aims to offer a safe space, free of advice and judgment, whatever the situation. It involves paying attention both to facts and to emotions. This technique helps people take stock and begin to understand themselves better.
