Who we are looking for

We are looking for people who are curious, thoughtful and committed.

Our working conditions

  • 30 hours per week over 4 days, except for management positions
  • Unionized position (depending on the role)
  • Paid leave over the holiday season
  • A bank of 5 wellness or sick days for the duration of the contract
  • Access to continuing education
  • Hybrid work: office in Montréal + remote work possible
