Intervention tools on sexual violence
ALIX: breaking the silence on LGBTQ+ violence
LGBTQphobic violence takes many forms: insults, sexual harassment, cyberviolence, intimate partner violence, discrimination, transphobia in services, LGBTQphobia in romantic or family relationships, and more.
Far too often, it is ignored, minimized or never reported.
ALIX is a safe, anonymous and confidential space to report violence experienced or witnessed. We also offer help resources, information tools and possible courses of action there.
Why report
Reporting violence you have experienced or witnessed is a powerful act. It means:
Making the violence people experience visible, without judgment
Equipping communities, institutions and decision-making bodies
Strengthening our training with concrete, real examples
Contributing to an anonymous database that will be used to produce reports and concrete solutions
