It puts your commitment to inclusion and diversity into practice. The program can be tailored to the needs of each professional setting.
Workplace climate assessment
Our assessment tool measures how well LGBTQ+ people are included in your workplace.
It takes your staff members’ perceptions into account confidentially. This step allows us to understand where your organization stands, so we can offer support and recommendations adapted to your reality.
